A square photo, not a passport print
The Teletalk form wants a square image. A normal passport photo is taller than it is wide, so if you squeeze it into 300 × 300 the face gets stretched sideways. This tool crops instead: you place a square frame over the photo, and only what is inside it is saved at 300 × 300 pixels. Keep your head in the middle with a little space above the hair and include the top of your shoulders.
A 300 × 300 JPG of a face usually weighs 20 to 50 KB, so the 100 KB limit is easy to meet and the photo keeps good quality.

News reports of the BPSC circulars for the 49th and 51st BCS give the same photo rule: 300 × 300 pixels, up to 100 KB, recent and in colour. The 51st BCS circular asks for a photo taken within the last three months and without sunglasses. Many ministry, directorate and bank jobs on alljobs.teletalk.com.bd use the same sizes, but each circular can set its own. A photo that will not cause trouble later
Use a plain light background, daylight from the front and a straight look at the camera.
