One workbook instead of a folder of files
Monthly reports, exports from different branches, or the answers of several people to the same template: instead of opening a dozen files, you get one workbook with a tab for each. Every sheet is named after the file it came from, so you always know where the data started.
Cell values, number formats and merged cells are copied. If a file has several sheets, all of them are included, named after the file and the sheet. Charts, macros and pivot tables are not carried over, because they are rebuilt differently in every program.

How do I merge several Excel files into one?
Select all the files, arrange them with the arrows and click Merge files. You download one XLSX workbook with a sheet for each file, in the order you chose.
Can I merge CSV files and Excel files together?
Yes. XLSX, XLS, ODS and CSV files can be mixed. Each CSV becomes one sheet and keeps its leading zeros and accents.
Does it combine the data into a single sheet?
No. Each file gets its own sheet, which keeps the data of different files apart. To stack rows into one table, copy the sheets together in Excel afterwards, or convert them to CSV and join them.
What happens to formulas, charts and formatting?
Values and number formats are kept, and formulas are saved with their last calculated result. Charts, pivot tables, macros and conditional formatting are not copied.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded to a server?
No. The file is read and converted inside your browser on your own device, so customer lists, prices and payroll data are never sent to us or stored anywhere. Once the page has loaded it works even offline.
