Extract pages or split the whole PDF?
Extracting is for when you need a few pages out of a longer document: the signed page of a contract, one chapter of a manual, the invoice inside a monthly report, or the pages a form asks you to attach. You choose them from thumbnails and get one PDF with only those pages, in their original order.
If you need every page as its own separate file, use Split PDF instead. In both cases the pages are copied exactly as they are, with selectable text and the original image quality.

How do I extract pages from a PDF into a new PDF?
Select the PDF, tap the pages you want so they are highlighted, and click Extract pages. You get one new PDF containing only those pages, while your original file stays as it was.
Can I extract pages that are not next to each other?
Yes. Tap any combination of pages, for example 1, 4 and 9. They are saved in the order they have in the original document.
What is the difference between extract and split?
Extract gives you one new PDF with the pages you picked. Split turns every page of the document into its own PDF file, delivered together in a ZIP.
Will the extracted pages lose quality?
No. Pages are copied without re-compression, so text stays searchable, links keep working and photos keep their original resolution.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Everything happens inside your browser on your own device, so contracts, statements and other private documents are never sent to us or stored anywhere. Once the page has loaded it keeps working even without an internet connection.
