Fix the page order of a scan or a merged file
Pages often end up in the wrong order: a stack of paper fed into the scanner upside down, a merged PDF where the annex came first, or a phone scan with one page sideways. Here you see every page as a thumbnail and put it right in one place, by dragging pages or moving them with the arrow buttons, turning the ones that are sideways and removing the ones you do not need.
The arrow buttons do the same as dragging, so reordering also works with a keyboard and on small phone screens. Pages keep their content and quality; only their order and rotation change.
Frequently asked questions
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Select the PDF and drag each thumbnail to its new place, or use the left and right arrows under it. When the order is right, click Save PDF to download the reorganised file.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Each thumbnail has a rotate button that turns that page 90 degrees clockwise each time you tap it. The other pages stay as they are. To turn every page at once, Rotate PDF is quicker.
Can I rearrange PDF pages on my iPhone?
Yes. On a phone you can press and drag a page, or tap its arrow buttons, which is easier on a small screen. The new PDF is saved to Files or Downloads.
Does reordering pages change their quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text, images and links stay exactly the same. Only the order and the rotation you chose are changed.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Everything happens inside your browser on your own device, so contracts, statements and other private documents are never sent to us or stored anywhere. Once the page has loaded it keeps working even without an internet connection.
